Pointe-Claire Invitational Competition
Earlier this month I got to attend and hand out medals at the annual Pointe-Claire Invitational Competition, our biggest sporting event of the year, the Pointe-Claire Invitational. The Aquatic Centre welcomed over 750 swimmers from around the world. Our Pointe-Claire athletes saw their hard work and dedication pay off, as 12 of our swimmers ranked among the top 18 in points, earning a combined total of $6,000 in prize money. Two significant items for District 4 residents arising from last week's Council meeting: -After a long wait, Chestnut will be repaved in Summer 2026, with the addition of new drainage infrastructure.
