February Winter Carnival

The Winter Carnival is being renewed, offering three days of free winter festivities for the whole family. Activities, sliding, and skating await you in three City parks, including Cedar Park Heights.

Friday, February 13 – Valentine’s Day Skating Night

6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Cedar Park Heights Park

Enjoy skating under the stars during a romantic and festive evening set to music.

Saturday, February 14 – Snow Slides at the Snow Park

1 to 5 p.m.

Belmont Park

The snow park is back!

The snow park, open starting February 10, is making its big comeback! To mark the occasion, come enjoy a lovely afternoon discovering snowskating or soaking up the winter atmosphere outdoors.

Snowskate introductions will be offered throughout the afternoon, with boards and helmets provided.

Bring your reusable mug to enjoy a delicious free hot chocolate, served from 1 to 3 p.m. to warm you up!

A family day full of fun activities.

Bring your own lunch or enjoy the food kiosks on site, including:
