Mayor John Belvedere and the City Council are proud to support and encourage the Montréal Canadiens during their terrific playoff run, while also cheering on Pointe-Claire native Mike Matheson, who has been an inspiration for all youth in Pointe-Claire!

This Canadiens team is the youngest team to advance to the Conference Finals since 1993… and coincidentally, the Montreal Canadiens won the Stanley Cup that year!

We are incredibly proud of our team’s tenacity, passion, and hard work!
