*To be clear, the sharing of this information is not an endorsement on my part of the new routes selected by the STM. Given Pointe-Claire's increased population, ongoing development partly imposed by Montreal, and ever larger contributions to the Montreal Agglomeration (58% of our budget), we should be receiving increased bus service, not a cutting and reallocation of service to the REM from bus routes servicing other important destinations such as the Lakeshore General and John Abbott College. Unfortunately, Pointe-Claire had very little say in the matter.
